Enon resident James "PJ" Schulker has just been named a Senior Associate Partner with the fastest growing Real Estate Company in North America.

Keller Williams is the fourth-largest real estate franchise and continues to grow at an astronomical rate. They finished 2006 with 72,594 licensed agents. "PJ", who has a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati was a registered pharmacist in the Dayton area for nearly 29 years.

He has been a dedicated real estate agent for 24 years and has earned the ABR ( Accredited Buyer Representative) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) certifications. He has also attained numerous sales achievement awards including the Dayton Area Board of Realtors Sales Leader Awards and the Ohio Association of Realtors Presidents Club Award.

"PJ" has attained the highest level of education by receiving his Brokers license in 1988, and he is a co-owner with Keller Williams Advantage Real Estate.
